Robert D. Drost

Robert D. Drost joined Colorado Appeals at the Highlands Ranch Law Center, P.C. in August 2011 after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Robert primarily concentrates his practice in family and constitutional law.
Prior to graduation, Robert devoted his time to many different aspects of the law, including constitutional law, family law, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, as well as spending his final year of law school as a visiting transfer student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
While at the University of Wyoming, Robert served as a law clerk for the Guardian Ad Litem office of the Wyoming Public Defender, wrote for the Wyoming Law Review, and also served as a law clerk for legendary trial lawyer Gerry Spence at the Spence Law Firm in Jackson, Wyoming.
In addition, while at the University of Denver, Robert competed and won the DU Intra-School Negotiations Competition.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Robert has an undying passion for the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs. After just moving to Highlands Ranch, he has been actively engaged in the Highlands Ranch Community Association. He devotes most of his personal time with his wife Emily and his dog Harley.
